Traybakes - a moist sponge rectangle, filled with a flavoured buttercream, and iced just the way you want it!

• Small traybake - serves 4-6 people; available in vanilla, chocolate, lemon or coffee; prices start at £8.00 each
• Medium traybake - serves 8-10 people; available in vanilla, chocolate, lemon or coffee; prices start at £10.00 each
• Large traybake - serves 12-14 people; available in vanilla, chocolate, lemon or coffee; prices start at £15.00 each

Whoopie -pies - the new American craze - two layers of American style sponge sandwiched together with ganache or buttercream - priced at £1.25 each - minimum order 6 pies

• Chocolate - two layers of moist chocolate sponge sandwiched together with chocolate ganache or buttercream
• Vanilla - as above but vanilla sponge sandwiched with vanilla buttercream

Large gateaux - a 9" round gateaux with 4 (yes 4) layers of cake and filling; serves 8-10 people - all priced at £15.00 each

• Chocolate fudge - moist devil's food cake with decadant chocolate fudge sauce - surrounded by dark chocolate shards
• Banoffee - delicious banana sponge with our home made toffee sauce and banana slices
• Lemon drizzle - for serious citrus fans only - light lemon sponge with our home made lemon curd and drizzled all over with a lemon icing
• Raspberry dream - gorgeous vanilla sponge with layers of creme anglais and raspberries - surrounded by white chocolate shards

• Brownies - a stack of 12 milk chocolate brownies; priced at £8.00
• Blondies - a stack of 12 white chocolate & pecan blondies - priced at £8.00
• Victoria hearts - a deliciously decadent box of 6 sponge hearts filled with either lemon curd or strawberry jam - priced at £8.00
